New Jersey musician Jason Didner featured award-winning author Nita Sweeney and her yellow Labrador running partner Scarlet, along with other runners in a mental health music video of his original song “Run with My Troubles.”
The song and music video premiered on Nita’s blog on Friday, May 7th.
We’re still finding a date that works for everyone, but Jason will hold a Roundtable Discussion about Mental Health on his Youtube Channel. If you subscribe to his channel and click the “bell” you will receive a notice.
Didner tapped into two of his passions to create the song and video. He hopes to inspire people
to take that hardest step—out the front door—for better mental and physical health.
Other runners include Barefoot Ted, previously featured in the best-selling book, Born to Run, and Wheelchair ultramarathoner Julia Beckley.
